Very practical brace
This is an absolutely great item. It keeps my back pinched nerves at bay with gentle yet firm support of my abdominal area. It does not restrict my mobility, hence facilitates my daily activities. I do not use it at all times, only when I have to do gentle exercises or lifting not too heavy objects. I sleep with it on, but not too tight so I do not limit my normal breathing.
