Slight Modification
The cinch buckle is of low quality and has a poor fit between the male and female connectors. Spec' a Fastex brand buckle with smoother edges and positive fit and get a dollar or two more for your product. The good part about this is the absence of x'd back a neck strap. I really don't even notice that I have it on after 6+ hours of stick welding on a daily basis. The leather is not too thick to add more weight and is just thick enough to keep my pants from burning up during the spark shower when I weld sitting down.
