Thunder, Thunder, Thundercats...Ho!
Very few animated series are done with original,clever and meaningful storylines anymore. Children of the 80s will remember the action filled series as (probably) one of their after school favorites. Now on DVD, you can introduce Lion O and his friends to your own children. I bought this, and will continue to buy the entire series, for my husband who was a huge fan! Even now, the stories deliver. There are battles, but the battles have a purpose. I often wonder what the battles are for in so many of the current animated (anime) programs around today.
As for quality, it seems a lot of enhancement wasn't done to the original series for the DVD release. There are a few extras, but I expected a truer, richer quality then what is seen. I'm not picky, however, so I can dismiss this and just enjoy the series for what it is; lots of action-filled, 80s fun!Lire l'avis complet...
Thundercats: Season One, Volume One (dvd, 2005)
I loved watching Thundercats. The series had very good storylines, characters well draw and plenty of action. I still love the theme song from the show. Highly recommended.
Great cartoon series
brings back memories from when i was a kid.this was a great series and i will definitely buy more seasons
