Classic Petra from the 80's
I was introduced to Petra after I got saved in 1982, and these guys were great from someone coming out of the rock and roll scene and not wanting to listen to church hymns. I have seen these guys about 4 times when Greg Volz was still with them, and this tour was the pinnacle of their career with Greg. This tour was full of energy, and watching these guys, and listening to the music that is straight from God's Word, what a blessing! This has, and in my opinion, will always be the best album, tape, cd, etc, produced by them, and for music. If you are a Petra fan, this one is for your collection. I highly recommend it, especially if you followed them in the 80's. If you are a purist like me, the VHS tape, is the must have for the collection!Lire l'avis complet...
Great Petra Album!
I must say first, I like nearly all of Petra's albums (so I am slightly biased). This album produced in the late 80's has more of a hard hitting sound and powerful message. One of the things I enjoy most about Petra is the messages contained in their lyrics. The few slower songs on the album such as "I am available" are inspiring. My favorite CD! haven't stopped playing it yet!
I have had the album since high school. Always was a favorite but haven't been able to play it for years now(no lp player). Found the CD on E-bay and have been playing it at home, in the car, on my computer, everywhere!
What I call 'Bible rock". Great music with great lyrics- can't get enough. Bought 4 more Petra CDs too. Not available as 'new' anymore.Lire l'avis complet...

I listened to this growing up and I loved it's positive message. I always had it on tape until it broke from over use. Petra is like the health food of music! It's great to listen to and good for you as well!! Blessings!!Lire l'avis complet...
