There's Something About Mary - Original Soundtrack CD

Absolutely great CD even if you didn't see the movie. Upbeat music from a variety of artists and many songs you may recognize like "Is She Really Going Out With Him?" by Joe Jackson, the Lemonheads classic tune "If I Could Talk I'd Tell You," and "Build Me Up Buttercup" by the Foundations. "Mary's Prayer" by Danny Wilson is one of those songs you won't be able to get out of your head. On the Propellerheads'"History Repeating" Shirley Bassey's strong yet raspy voice is brilliant. Jonathan Richman fans will enjoy three of his quirky originals. Definitely worth buying since there is not a bad song on the CD.Lire l'avis complet...

it is exactly what it says it is

the truth is, I only bought this because it has BUILD ME UP BUTTERCUP on it. It is a very good selection of songs, but the version of BUILD ME UP BUTTERCUP is the absolute best song ever. It is a song from when I was in High School, and I have been looking for it for what seems like forever. So, when I found out it was on the SOMETHING ABOUT MARY soundtrack, I bought it immediately. I love this CD. Of course you have to have been obsessed with the movie,but everytime I play it,it makes me smile. Great alternative to regular music CD.
