Great massage
The Theragun gives an excellent massage. Since I have been using it, I have much less pain in my left shoulder which I broke a year ago. It is a little heavier to hold than I would like but it is manageable and worth the effort. I wish it came with guidance on how to use it. I looked it up on Youtube and watched the instructions there. All in all, I think for anyone who finds their muscles aching after activity, this is a good choice.Lire l'avis complet

Yes, it’s expensive.... but if you work out alot or simply have muscle aches, this won‘t be collecting dust on a shelf. I looked at it as a long term investment. Much quieter than the original models. The design allows you to target hard to reach back and shoulders aches.

I feel it in my bones
Given as a Christmas gift to my boyfriend - he loves it and he loves showing it to friends. The massage is a little much for everyday use, but works well on tight muscles when needed!
