Great all around book on the history of pellet grills, how they work and great receipes as well.

Great Recipes and the book helped me to understand my pellet smoker better and the history of that type of grill. It's a great read.

Beef rib recipe was awesome!

Made the beef ribs and they were awesome! I would use a little less salt then the rub calls for but they were so good and almost tasted like brisket

As a beginner I think this is a great book. Gives you lots of recipes and good instructions. Highly recommend it.
