Could be clearer & shorter

Like a lot of non-fiction this book could be condensed into half the pages. Redundant. I think the author could have explained the dosing times and distances better, maybe with a chart. No explanation of when to use red, NIR or combo dose.Lire l'avis complet...

This book is so informative in all aspects of LLLT.
I'd be seriously interested if there was more updated version from 2018.

Great book on red light therapy

This is a very comprehensive book about red and near inferred light. I learned alot about it's benefits. Easy to understand.
