It is great! It tells the story of stevia, the no calorie miracle. It tells about stevia being a good sweetner for diabetics. It talks about other sweetners. It is honest in the fact that although it recommends using your bag of sugar for a doorstop, it admits that sugar is better than stevia for baking breads. It tells about stevia being taken off the market in the past.

It also tells about cooking with stevia, and has great recipes.

Leaves a Bad Taste

The first recipe I made was terrible tasting . Waldorf Salad . I'm glad I made half recipe because it went in the trash .

This cook book is very beneficial especially for diabetic people. It gives guide line on the use of stevia as sugar supplement and thus helped the diabetic people to cook/bake/prepare food to satisfy their sweet tooth and at the same time control their glocuse level. The book was a recipe book for stevia. Lot's of recipe's, but very few that I will ever use. I had purchased a Lb. of stevia, and wanted recipe's to use it. I guess for the price, it was a great deal. I guess it's time to cook, and try some of the recipe's. I have a Lb. of stevia, gotta use it up.Lire l'avis complet...

Very informative book and learned a lot from this book, very helpful hints and ways I would recommend this book to all whom interested in using Stevia.

excellent price for the book. I wanted the book for low calorie recipes and not have to pay a huge price.
