I purchased this book for my MBA project on Starbucks. This book had all information I needed. Writing style was ok. I would only recommend it for some school project not for casual read.

I bought this product because I work at Starbucks and I collect Starbucks books.....I read them as well. I've attended a class about the Starbucks Experience which was an overview. I felt this book would be a more in depth look at the contents of the class. It would be a reinforcement of the class as well.
