Unbelievable! Without a doubt, the best there is!

The claims in most exercise books are typically misleading in the worst case, inconsistent at best. In this case, I find the results have "greatly exceeded" all claims. Strength, stamina, progress, even coordination have improved vastly! Example: I am 52 yrs. old, and have been in a office for the last 14 years, and have become out of shape physically. Could not longer do even one pull-up. (I "use" to be a carpenter / roofer, and an athlete.) I bought this book a friend recommended 10 weeks ago. I had been doing these exercises on my home gym once a week, 30 minutes per session, for only 4 weeks, when during a business trip, a client talked me into climbing a small mountain at a state park. (It did have steps, rails, etc., but also rocks, dirt trails, etc. and was VERY steep.) Like a fool, I chose the "most difficult" climb. My legs burned after 10 minutes into a 2 hour climb, but when I stopped, they recovered in 2 minutes. Next time it took 20+ minutes, and again, forced to stop, they fully recovered in a minute! They felt great too. Before long, I was literally passing up everyone, young and old alike. I ended up high up on this moutainside, alone. AND LOVING IT!!! I have noticed many things since I began this process, but this was the most dramatic. My muscle capacity and quick recovery can only be explained by the details in the book that tells "how this works"...

I absolutely recommend this for anyone over 30 years of age!

This book is an easy read written in user friendly terms. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor to use to begin to get in shape because of some injuries that prevent me from using traditional exercise programs. I like this book because it gives me an option for exercising in less time each week. Also when using the guidelines it gives, I feel I am really accomplishing something my body needs. This book gives clear & fairly concise instructions on each exercise with photos which really help me understand correct procedure. And the cost of using this method is within easy reach because it is possible to exercise at home with easily obtainable equipment. I recommend most everyboy try it.Lire l'avis complet...

Almost as promised

I bought the Slow Burn Fitness Revolution because it promised that you could do these slow exercises for a half-hour once every 5 days and continue to lose weight in between..
Well, I was amazed that I did them, and DID actually lose weight the first 3 days, but that was the end of that, even though I did the excercises more often than once every 5 days.
But I do have to say that they are great for older people, because you won't hurt yourself with any quick moves you're not ready for. And it's amazing how much burn you can get from a few slow repetitions versus all those reps when doing excercises fast and furious like I used to do.
It's definitely as interesting read and concept. Maybe if I'd be serious about my diet while doing the exercises.....
