I'm grateful for the Secret Gratitude Book

I was drawn to The Secret Gratitude book because I have read The Secret (book). I already knew that there is a lot of power in having a grateful perspective. I bought it as a present to myself. >
I started writing in this book (it is a journal with comments/quotes on gratitude on some of the pages)at the beginning of the year. It has been great. The book has one page for writing what you are grateful for and the opposite page is for writing thanks for what you want but don't currently have.

I love the book and I like the old fashioned look to it, with the one side of the book coming up and over the top of the front.

I didn't realize all of the wonderful things that I DO have until I started writing in the journal. And I've noticed that some of the items I wanted have shifted from the "want but don't have" page to the "grateful for" page. Just writing in the journal each morning lifts my spirits and I'm much happier for it.

I have alway thought that you can better understand yourself if you write your feelings and thoughts. By focusing on the things that I am grateful for, my mood improves and I'm happier.

Is your glass half empty or half full??

Ive never thought of "gratitudes" esp everyday. I'm the glass half empty type. I dont want to say pessimistic but way life goes for me its hard to see anything positively, the glass is always empty not half full or half empty. Rhonda Byrne has brought a new light into my life with her books The Secret being the main one. This Journal reminds me that there is always something to be happy or thankful for as well as how this book shows and allows more positives then negatives in ones everday day life.Lire l'avis complet...

A Perfect Companion for "The Secret"

The Law Of Attraction which is the basis of Rhonday Bryne's the secret, basically consist on keeping positive thoughts to achieve our desires. This journal is a good way to chanalize all our wishes and positive thoughts into writing. We can even create our own perfect life and write it down or basically be thankful for what we have, write it down and allow more positive things to come thanks to our feelings of gratitude. I love this Journal. This is the third I bought since I have so many things to be thankful for.

The cover is beautiful and the pages are so elegant. The whole journal has a very sophisticated style and I just love the positive thoughs and words of wisdom in it.

The Secret Gratitude Book

It's a beautiful book....a journal, really.....with affirmations and enough space to write everyday about your experiences and journey using "The Secret: principles. It's a solid hard cover book, beautifully printed, making it look kind of "old world", like ancient scrolls as is there really is a secret to be found or a secret to be placed inside. Bought this book on Ebay as it was less expensive here than buying it from The Secret website or at the local bookstores. Same great product, lower price. Can't beat that. :)Lire l'avis complet...
