I am 27 years of age and grew up watching these movies. When my VCR was retired to the attic I was missing one of the the best movies ever made. It use to come on cable but they stopped airing it as much as they used to. So I went on "e-Bay" and ordered the movie. Although one of my dislikes is that the DVD only came as one disk but with two sides. This is not a problem it's just that if one side gets scratched a whole movie is gone(I have had this problem before)! One of the perks is that I did get a great price from ordering the DVD from "e-Bay". I have used "e-Bay" in the past and have never had a bad experience. Don't waste your time or money

A very stupid movie with stupid characters. Max (Mel Gibson) was easy on the eyes, but his personality (acting ability) had alot to be desired.
It isn't all his fault the plot sucked. But at least I made it to the end, and watched the whole thing. The other movie BEYOND THUNDERDOME was so bad we turned it off. Wasn't going to waste our time.Lire l'avis complet...

Mel Gibson and Tina Turner: Thunderdome

Third in series of Mad Max films follows the post-Apocalyptic theme with varied plot twists. A band of children saves his life after the Thunderdome threatened to end it. Motivations are difficult to discern, as life is simpler and links to past are few, but revenge for betrayal leads him into conflict with Tina Turner, and the effect is wild and unpredictable.

This is a great film before the Aussies lost their way

Australians used to make a good show of things. But nowadays everything is financed by the Australian Film Finance Corporation and so the government sponsored films come out politically correct, lifeless, bland and oh so artistic ... big deal.

Great cult classic two-fer, great price

The Mad Max trilogy is a cult classic, so it was sweet to update my creaking VHS cassettes for the second and third movies into DVD's at a bargain price.
