A CLASSIC MUPPET MOVIE/SPECIAL MEANING TO ME

I took my daughter to see this movie in 1979 on her 2nd birthday, and she loved it.....she passed away 2 1/2 yrs later....she had an inoperable brain tumor. Well, here it is 29 yrs later and I purchased this movie for my son-in-law, who is married to my younter daughter. Yes, he is 27 yrs old and still loves this movie. My younger daughter got married in May 2010 and they danced to THE RAINBOW CONNECTION sang by Kermie! My son-in-law sang the song to my daughter as they were dancing. This movie holds so many wonderful memories and meanings in my heart. Oh by the way....it was raining on the day of her wedding, and just as she came down the aisle with her Dad, the sun broke through the clouds and a huge rainbow appeared in the sky, which we all witnessed because the venue had huge floor to ceiling windows surrounding the room. :)Lire l'avis complet...

The Rainbow Connection will save your life!

I purchased this DVD for my 4 year old daughter. I really am starting to relive my childhood and I decided to begin with Miss Piggy and Kermit. This movie begins with one of the sweetest songs ever, "The Rainbow Connection". This film contains no profanity, is not overly scary for little ones and is a great story. My daughter particularily enjoys when Animal "becomes a huge monster guy and saves everybody". This is the story that started the Muppet Movie onslaught and this is the best!Lire l'avis complet...
