Fun, a Few Thrills, & Great Soundtrack! That's the 80's
This movie is a nice combination of the best of what the 80's offered to movie-making. It has some fun and flirty moments with romance woven in the plot. It has a few thrills with some ghoulish Michael Jackson-type Thriller make-up on the characters and some sexy vamps as well. And, as any decent movie made in the 80's must have, it has killer music throughout the movie that is oh-so perfect... things like "Hey there little red riding hood...", the title track "the Midnight Hour", CCR's "Bad Moon Rising", and others that leave you rocking. Shari Belafonte-Harper even performs a bizarre but catchy song unique to that movie you can't help but tap your toe to.. "I'm dead, you're dying, everybody should try it, get dead." It's a fun, fast-paced movie, great to watch around Halloween. I give it an excellent rating for its genre- that of the campy, 80's - don't really plan to take it seriously, nothing too bad in it, just have fun with it, Halloween movie.Lire l'avis complet...

This video is a great copy. The DVD itself plus the artwork is amazing. Good price too.

One of the Best 80's TV Movies!
The Midnight Hour is by far my favorite 80's TV movies & one of my favourite horror movies of all time. It has perfect atmosphere for any movie that takes place on Halloween, along with an awesome soundtrack you can't go wrong. Though extremely expensive I recommend everyone pick up a copy of this movie if you can find it at a reasonable price.Lire l'avis complet...
Great finds are here on Ebay!
I remember this "made for TV movie" when I was growing up. It was a cult following at our house as my brother and I watched this movie probably 100 times. I have tried for 18 years to find it and the only place I could find it while shopping (prior to EBay) was Amazon.com where I found it for over $100. I picked it up for $12 here. I'm a huge Ebay fan and have been saving all kinds of money shopping on here. I plan on putting some things I'm trying to get rid of on sale here soon!Lire l'avis complet...

Halloween Fun
This was a really cute and comical halloween movie. All star cast and very funny plot. I remember seeing this movie when it first aired on TV back in the 80's. I guess I bought for fun memories.
