eddings is a pretty dang good author... maybe not the caliber of the late robert jordan, but better than most... this is a good storyline and is well worth the read...

Guardians of the West

I really enjoy Eddings books. The Belgariad and the Mallorean series are exceptional. This is a rare hc/dj version of the first book of the Mallorean...hard to find and in great condition.

i like that this is a historical fiction/fantasy book, the only thing the book lacks is a bit less dialogue and more action
