worth buying again

It is a good zelda game; not the best one but it's good and has some different ideas in it that are cool. It's a port with better textures running in HD so it looks better but not as good as the system could do. It's the GAME that makes it good. This may get somebody unable to tolerate the old game's graphics able to play it now... although, I wonder if such a person is skilled enough (or smart enough) to enjoy a zelda game...Lire l'avis complet...

Beautiful Graphics, Compelling Gameplay

Twilight Princess has always been one of my top 3 Zelda games. The graphics are beautifully dark, the music is the best in the series (in my opinion), and the development of the story and relationship between Link and Midna is compelling. The game has some classic features and tools (such as the hero's bow) and some new features (like the ball and chain). Poe hunting is also easier with the new Poe Lantern in this version. And who doesn't love racing Yeto and Yeta on a hunk of snow? The dungeons are also a bit more interesting than some of the other games.Lire l'avis complet...

Won't Disappoint for Zelda Fans

Having played my first Zelda game on the N64, this is a great return from 10 years of absence. I do have the Wii U Zelda "Wind waker" but the characters were too "cartoonish", although the game itself was good. But this one, it's supposed to have come out in 2006 and is a remake on the Wii U, but I must have missed it. It is great, watching my daughter solve the game.Lire l'avis complet...

Twilight Princess is Nearly Perfected on Wii U

(Quick Thoughts)

First and foremost I think that the scope has finally been fully realized for this game. It's great to see enemies from clear across the Hyrule field. It's nice to see leagues under the water. The game also looks a lot more crisp, the jaggies are fixed 99%; a problem that really turned me away from this Zelda title ten years ago when it first released. Big variety of areas to see, and they all look beautiful in some way. In this version the annoying heat waves from the previous version of the Goron Mines have been removed.

There also seems to be enough replay value to stay satisfied. From mini-games to complex puzzles with rewards. Some of the puzzles are quite easy however and don't seem to require as much attention as the puzzles in previous entries. Perhaps that's a good thing though.

Boss fights galor in this game -- and they are all fun to fight. So far. A freaked out babboon named Ook disturbed me. I wrestled Dangoro into the fiery pits of the Goron mine, I destroyed a bloated Twilit, an enormous Deku toad that spat tadpoles at me, and even Skull Kid... who can interestingly enough play Saria's song from Ocarina of Time.

For temple bosses I have fought Diababa, a lame Goma wannabe; Fyrus an easy fire fight in the mines and Morpheel. Morpheel looked sick but he was really kind of the floozy boss (for the water temple) and he went down pretty fast for me. Despite a few moves that suck you up like a black hole.

The characters are as interesting as most of the bosses. Midna is one of my favorites. She's got a fang, and attitude to back it up. She challenges Link and he respects her for it. I enjoy the connection Link and Midna have. Zelda is as dark as ever. I don't know what her deal is yet, but she seems suicidal depressed.

Exactly as expected.

Graphics are what you'd expect for the age of the game. Storyline is a bit quirky, but my kids love it, even after playing Breath of the Wild. I purchased this game for them so that their WolfLink Amiibo would be able to accumulate more hearts when it was uploaded into Breath of the Wild.Lire l'avis complet...

Good game, pointless sidequest

Good zelda game. 4 stars because the big sifequests feel pointless and unrewarding. I'm talking about the golden bugs and poe souls just to be clear. Knowing the reward for getting all 24 bugs and all 60 poe souls it just doesn't seem worth the effort.Lire l'avis complet...

One of the best Zelda games

Ever since I first played this game more than 10 years ago, I fell in love with it. Great gameplay, great story and the graphics are good enough. If you like RPG and zelda games, this is a must.

Best times of my childhood

A long time ago I owned a wii and had the wii version of this game so unfortunately I still haven't played the original on GameCube. This game was so fun then and is just as fun now since I already had a wolf link amiibo. I am glad I bought this game.Lire l'avis complet...

Great Game!

I loved this game when it first came out for the Gamecube (not the Wii). The graphics have not aged as well as they could have, but Twilight Princess remains every bit as enjoyable. The Amiibo functionality is a nice bonus.Lire l'avis complet...
