Mengele meets low budget.

When I purchased this it was because of the recent South Park episode, and after watching it, I was slightly disappointed. Overall it is not a bad movie (premise is incredible and disturbing) but the acting left a little to be desired. Then again for an independent film on a low (I hope) budget, and due to the fact you are requiring actors to be naked and have their faces supposedly sewn to another persons anus the quality is average. I bought this movie because the local sports talk show guys talk about this being the worst movie of all time, but I must disagree. I was actually kind of good and the premise isn't all that bad!
