This is a great book to have around the house. It has a lot of simple and useful information for a variety of medical problems. The items you need can probably be found in your kitchen cabinets. There are also a lot of little tips and tricks included in each section. This book is full of great advice from A to Z! I grabbed this book from a garage sale years ago when I didn't have health insurance on a whim. It has been a resource for my household ever since. From advice on curing hiccups to treating toothaches, this book has it all. Another great thing about this book is that the suggestions in it refer the reader to use common things.
