Worth a few laughs. Laura Linney steals the show.

Pretty funny and clever movie. Set in an idyllic suburb of Seattle, Toby Maguire plays a young doctor named Jeff with a wife and kid. Trouble starts when raccoons start ruining his new sod. His wife is disinterested in sex and he surfs the internet for relief. Laura Linney steals the show with her crazy "whack-a-doodle" role as Jeff's neighbor. She was great!
Jeff's a good guy who tries to do the right thing, but a couple of sexual misseps and his world gets thrown into chaos.
Ray Liotta plays the cuckold who gives Jeff an extremely difficult choice to make.
