Dressing & Cooking Wild Game

I bought this book for my sister since I have one just like it. It is great for the hunter's wives that need to cook the game that they shoot. I have tried several recipes in this book and all have been very good. The spicey duck with peanuts was a hit at my house over white rice. My husband is a BIG wildfowl hunter and it is always hard to find good recipes for this, but this book is great for some down home cooking from wildlife. Excelent book worth your money.

For the beginner this book is great. I bought this for my grandson as he was just quartering his deer and his mom was having a fit. He is learning quickly the proper way to process meat.
