Great movie, horrible transfer

The movie is great - great acting and script. You would think it would get a better treatment on Blu-ray. I compared this to my DVD version (which wasn't good) and I could barely tell any difference between them. Don't buy unless it is cheap or you just have to have it. Have the original and liked this anniversary edition for all the bonus features.

A worthy follow up to "The Hustler".

I liked the picture and sound quality. There are no special features and no trailers. I still liked the movie. The acting and directing were very good.
