I do a lot of garment sewing and just recently rediscovered the pivot and slide fitting technique. Like this book, the technique has been around for a while. I went to E-Bay knowing that if anyone would have this "out-of-print" sewing book, it would be them. I was not disappointed. This is a great book for sewers, especially for those that are looking for a fast and relatively easy way to a good garment fit in bodice and pants patterns. Good reference book

Very helpful and easy to understand. Plenty of drawings and diagrams.

if you love to sew clothes don't be without this book

I love this book because it is simple to understand. I feel that it is a vital part of any seamstress library. Even when you have been sewing for a long time; there is always a new tip or way to do things that makes things quicker and easier. When sewing clothes getting a great fit is a necessity.
