Excellent PS3 Game, Needs to be made for the PS4
Beatles Rockband for the last-generation consoles--PS3 (or Xbox 360 or Wii)--is the only way to get an interactive Beatles song experience. The songs are not available for mainstream Rock Band or Band Hero titles, and Beatles Rockband is not available for PS4 or Xbox One.
It's a fantastic game--of course the songs are amazing, but also the Beatles animation and gameplay are great too. I hope the songs are made available for next-gen consoles, but I've heard of no plans to do so. So for now, the only way to enjoy the experience is with Beatles Rockband for PS3, Xbox, or Wii, and the instruments are console-specific too--Playstation instruments are not compatible with Xbox, and vice versa, and the PS4/Xbox One instruments are not backwards with last-gen PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
That said, the game is great, and well worth the trouble and money to put a PS3 setup together.. I bought a used copy of Rockband 3 for PS3, which is compatible with all the songs on the Rockband store, and those songs (not the Beatles songs) will transfer to PS4 when I upgrade (likewise Xbox 360 to Xbox One).

The Beatles: Rock Band
EN: Great game, especially for fans of the genre and The Beatles. The game only has 2 weaknesses, 1 - subtitles of the lyrics sometimes blur, difficult to read at times; 2 - tracks of the drums is not very accurate in some songs. Nevertheless, the game is very good, great animations and setlist, visually a very nice game!

Like Rock? buy The Beatles!
It is kind of redundant to call this game the Beatles Rock Band, but besides that this is a great game. As any other game, it is flawed. Unlike the other Rock Band Tittles there are only 45 songs available and that might be a problem at first but considering they are ALL from the same band it is actually remarcable that there are so many good songs available. This game gets of on having only 45 songs but not on the lack of compatibility. If you enjoy playing Guitar Hero then you are already used to this, otherwise, that might be a problem. it's like being a Beatle. I love this game!!
I've waited every since 2009 when it came out to get a system compatible with the game it was well worth the wait . There's is tons of player options to make the game more interesting. My new favorite gameLire l'avis complet...

Fun time with friends and family..!
From seasoned RockBand pros to beginners, theres an excellent chance that everyone will find something to like in this game! The music is nice, upbeat and familiar, add to that the cool graphics and retro artistic imagery, along with bonus historical information and pictures of the fab four, and you have yourself and everyone a good time, plus a nice collectible game!
It seems like everyone from every age group knows a good Beatles song or two, and so far, no one I know has had a problem trying to pick up an instrument controller or even just the microphone to try and jam along with the Beatles' music.
This is a RockBand-based PS3 game, but it works just fine using my Guitar Hero World Tour instrument controllers.
There is even a do-not-fail function for casual players just playing for a good time.
Beatles RockBand is a good game to get yourself. Just like the Beatles' music, you can play it back time and again, and as a bonus,

Great for a Beatles and music video game fan
This game is amazing. The only drawbacks are that the setlist is small. There are only 45 songs on the disk. Many of the songs are easy, also. There are some difficult ones, but for the most part, they are easy. But, this doesn't mean that the songs aren't fun. If you enjoy the music, it will easily overcome the ease of the songs.
The backgrounds are great in the game. One other small gripe I have is the inability to take the songs into Rock Band 2. I want to be able to play Come Together then turn around and a Foo Fighters song. Overall, though, the game is great and is a great video game biography of the Beatles. GREAT game for Beatles Fans!
By now, most of us who have played any of the music games out there know the formula. Whether you are a Rock Band fanatic or a Guitar Hero junkie, what it really boils down to is the music on the games. I've seen so many expansion packs that nothing feels special anymore. But there IS a level of reverence that goes with playing the legendary music of the Fab Four. Unlike other expansion packs, this one is a full complete game on its own. The music is fantastic, the sound is great, and the controls are very crisp. The library of songs offers a great amount of variety, and if you are any kind of fan at all, you will find yourself having a great time with at least SOME of the songs. Whether you're a fan of the campy simplistic music of their early years, or more into the heavy substance abuse music of the later years, there is plenty for everyone. This game is THE definative expansion pack and I can't wait for an Eagles Pack, or a Led Zepplin pack. If you are a fan, do NOT miss this game! Its just OK
Cons-You CAN'T add this music to your RB song list, you must use this game disk to play any Beatles music. It has some really bad songs that you have never heard from the Beatles. It has poor sound from bad early recordings.
Pros-Awesome Beatles trivia and pictures. Awesome history lesson of the band, songs and venues are played in order of play/release dates. Really fun segments of the "Yellow Submarine" type cartoons (great to see the blue meanies again after all this time).
Over all....If you want the game for the feel of playing in a band this game is very poor. If you want this game because you love the Beatles and want to have a great Beatles time you will love it.Lire l'avis complet...

Loads of fun to play with family. I feel like the Beatles' recording sessions included John. Paul, George, Ringo...and me!
