It's okay, but I'm not impressed!!

I guess because I was looking for something that could take the place of me going to the gym everything, I was just a bit disappointed with the workouts. I'm sure it will help with flexibility, but I don't see it toning the way I would like it to. I guess if you're sitting on the couch not doing anything, this is a good place to start. However, if you're use to working out at the gym, is is not going to be the workout for you. There is no comparison... it's more of a beginners workout routine in my opinion.Lire l'avis complet...

Good "Ballet-esque" Workout

THESE WORKOUTS ARE GREAT IF YOU LOVE QUICK RESULTS....IT'S A CHALLENGE BUT WORTH STICKING WITH. IT PROMISES TO SEE RESULTS IN 10 WORKSOUTS I BEGAN TO NOTICE RESULTS IN THE FIRST 7 ALTHOUGH I DID IT FOR 7 STRAIGHT DAYS.....IT'S GREAT I DEFINETLY RECOMMEND ITLire l'avis complet...
