Great Cookbook to own!!
Tapas are fantastic!! They are traditional, usually quick to assemble, and reletively healthy in their smaller portions. If you entertain at all, you need this cookbook. It has hundreds of recipes that use varieties of meats, vegetables, seafood, and various spices. I own Penelope Casas' Foods and Wines of Spain also, and the two books are THE BOOKS to own if you want to learn more about Spanish cuisine and lifestyle, for that matter.
