This is a great DVD. The instructor is cute, not too annoying and easy to follow. It's nice to have a few different exercises to throw in the mix. My only complaint..........it's not challenging enough. Most segments I have to do twice. But I still love it!Lire l'avis complet...

Worth the buy

I saw a review of this video in SHAPE magazine and decided to buy it. I'm glad I did. The quick segments specializing in different muscle groups help you easily incorporate strength training into your daily routine. Mina is perky but not annoying, and the workouts are effective.
