There are many kinds of movies to watch for many reasons. Tank Girl is one that is just really fun to watch! From start to finish you find the story in a future world where the rarest and most precious comodity is water. Leave it to our hero (Lori Petty/Tank Girl) to stand and fight for the people's right to have the water controlled by the evil government/corporation that will kill everyone and anyone they have to for the water to stay right where it is... under their control. With great costumes, a terrific cast, gadgets and weapons, fun gimicks and even a Cole Porter musical number this is one of the comic book to movie films that really works. Big Fun With A Boom :)

So love this movie :)

This version has scenes that I have never seen in others. Which just makes it more awesome :)

The odd,post-apocalypse world is just a blast.

Lori Petty nails Tank Girl and the main villain is just excellently played :)

Overall just one awesome and fun movie,well worth it.

A quirky cult classic

I used to have this on VHS and watched it all the time. Super happy I can watch it again! I also forgot how good the soundtrack was!

Great story, great acting, and a great alt rock soundtrack...

This movie came out way ahead of its time and fits in with the surge in Anime crazy teenage girls looking for a role model.

Tank Girl one of the few good comic adaptations

This movie is based of a British cult comic meaning it has a very small very devoted following It seemlesly blends the comic to the movie often having panels of comic art show up during film sequence all characters are portrayed well in my personal opinion and accuratley represented and if you have never heard of the comic this is a very big contributer to the "punk" scene if you would like to call it that it has comedy action and a little romance thrown in It is a little raunchy at points so its definitley not a family movie but still its not something ytou would be ashamed to have your kids find you watching all in all I highly recommend thisLire l'avis complet...
