More than pleased

My first 150-600mm lens was the Tamron SP 150-600, and I used it well. When my nephew was looking at shooting 600mm with his new camera , I handed the Tamron off to him and purchased the Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary. It's a great lens, but I was already missing the versatility of the Tamron. So now we're back, shooting the Tamron thanks to this latest purchase. Pleasantly Surprised

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this lens as it was an international model which I knew little about aside from that they don't have the warranty of Tamron USA products. The product is in nearly perfect condition and takes VERY sharp photos even on my Canon T6 at 600mm. This lens is honestly sharper than my Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L ii. Online reviews speak for this lens. It basically even outperforms over-priced Canon competition, like other Tamron lenses from a company committed to lens quality improvement. Just visit their website. When is the last time you saw an American manufacturer showcase all their "secret" executive leaders with a bio and photos (because all of them are capitalist white-collar republican criminals). so far so good
with sigma MC11 adaptor works reasonably with my sony 6500 camera
occasionally the auto focus fails; but refocuses ok after off +on
pictures are sharp and good colors
the 5x stabilization is very impressive.
