The waste valve was an exact fit and worked perfect after i installed it. It was a little aggravating getting the old one out though, it didn't want to give up. I did have to put the new valve in and take it back out several times, because the gaskets kept slipping, before i finally got them to stay put. Provide stainless bolts and nuts.

The valve is great. I would recommend supplying stainless hardware with it. When removing the old one the build-up of rust aroynd the bolts cracked the abs plastic on the flange which is part of the permanent pipe flange.

The valve was easy to put in. The seals on the old valve were both bent ! Put in the new one didn't quite close. Looked in the bucket found only one of the old seals. Nothing like tight shut-off valves!

Drop-in replacement. While the black water system is no fun to work on, it's nice to know that this valve fits with no worries. Be prepared to remove some plumbing if you don't have some wiggle room, as the receiving ends of the existing plumbing do have to recess into the rubber lip seals, keeping the valve from just sliding out and in.Lire l'avis complet...
