Great for handyman work or play.
I have gone through many wraparound glasses from Gargoyles to Gucci. None of those offer the level of protection that these do. Total eye protection from sawdust and other debris, plus the lenses are not so dark that I have to remove them when entering a clients home. Regardless of their hue the lenses protect great against the bright sun, which is really something in this deep south Texas weather.
The glasses do fog up when transitioning from a cold interior and the leather does snap off when handled brusquesly. Snap on easily but still a hassle. Another plus is their light weight which helps keep them in place even when sweaty; a problem all other glasses had in common. Speaking if sweat, these breathe quite well so as not to make you sweat inside them.
I get a great snug fit and the cheap leather is so soft that it does not bother me on my long work days. I measure 4.75 inches temple to temple so anyone wider may not find these comfortable. The price is great in comparison to their utility and I do not have to worry about scratching, breaking, losing, painting, or throwing them. Yes, that happens. These glacier glasses are not of the highest quality material, but they are pretty darn good for the price! I get migraine headaches and these do very nicely at keeping the bright lights or sun out of my eyes! Disappointed
The ad for these sunglasses should state they are for young adults, as they do not fit on an adults head. I've owned this type of sunglasses in the past, and they fit great, but these I can not use because they are too small. I'm not happy!Lire l'avis complet...

Great for motorcycling
Very good quality, not for big heads/ faces, fits me perfectly, I use it for daily motorcycle riding, very good at blocking the wind from the eyes, the nose bridge is snug and prevents air from coming in at 80 MPH, the arms are thin enough to fit in the helmet comfortably.
I took the side and front shields off, it is way better than motorcycle specific goggles at 5 times the price, looks good on my face.

Unmatched functionality, style and value.
My last pair of these Rothco Tactical shades endured three plus years of abusive use. The lenses are durable and do not scratch easily. The blinders are real leather. Sure, they pop off from time to time but snap back in place easily. The biggest killer of these glasses is UV degradation. My lanyard and frames became brittle by the sun which I am sure was accelerated by salt water and chlorine exposure. Great product. Sturdy and protective.
These sunglasses keep out the glare from the sides very well whether on snow or on water. They are also great for weed eating! No debris can get through the sides to hit your eyes. Recommend.

Poor quality
Although the lenses do what they're intended to, the plastic frame is borderline and the PU Leather eye protectors fall off with the slightest degree of applied pressure.
Worse, when I opened the glasses up for the first time, one of the PU Leather eye protectors immediately ripped through a grommet. I had to use Crazy Glue to keep the PU Leather eye cups in place, and use the same glue to secure the PU Leather to the grommet which it had ripped away from upon opening.
I haven't been able to wear them yet because I've been repairing what should never have broken, so I can't comment on how they feel.Lire l'avis complet...
