Very fine DVD that the family can enjoy
I was almost afraid to buy this, as I do not appreciate brining smut into my house. But, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The story is scarry and keeps on in suspense. Of course it is fiction, so it could not really happen. Turning the DVD over was a surprise as it seemed the second side was for bonus material, while it is the continuation of the film The ending is a little weird, but overall, it was a good experience, and I am pleased with my purchase.Lire l'avis complet

This movie is a classic ! Tim curry is amazing and good old Jonathan brandis is delightful as usual . A must see oldie but goodie . If yo bread the book it’s great 👍🏻. The new 2017 movie was ok in my opinion this original is way better even with all the cheese factor hahaha . Lire l'avis complet

This movie is better than the remake. Plays perfect in orginal case.

Classic IT so much truer to the novel
Really like this mini-series event. The dvd contains entire movie. Brings back great memories for a ling time King fan. Still my fav book by him.

You may like it, but I did not. IT made me fall asleep!
The copy I saw for the very first time began w/2 men meeting after a long time w/no real reason explained. There were no real scares, the clown's lines were stupid and frankly, I'm surprised it became so popular.
If a movie is omg boring, I will fall asleep EVERY time, and I did that about 3-4 times watching this movie. I hate to say the remake was much better!Lire l'avis complet

Horrifying as I Remembered
The remake sheds no shade on this now "classic". Lots of old school recognizable actors and Tim Curry's over the top rendering of the It is entertaining and horrifying. A win as much as the remake!

Tim Curry is awesome and creepy. The others, some of whom are notables, were instructed to act is the cheesiest and most melodramatic way possible. Fun to watch. OMG! This movie is still just as scary as it was when I was a kid! I'm 38, and still to this day, hate clowns, and don't want them anywhere near my babies! I love this movie for Shocktober! It never fails to scare the daylights out of me, and now my kids! I love how no matter what, it still gets me, with jump scares, and still love the plot, and that creepy clown, Pennywise!
