Better than the movies

I just want to be short here. The animated clone wars is really good. It focuses more on the Clone troopers than the movie did which is highly interesting. The animated series also explains a lot of holes like why General Grievous has a cough. But the animated series has some childish flaws as well. For instance in one scene Mace Windu steers a droid ship by pulling the wires in different directions like it were a horse. Also you will find that you are constantly wanting to fast forward to skip boring dialogue scenes. All in all; it’s a good series, but it could have been better.Lire l'avis complet...

Not canon anymore, but no less fantastic!

Such a creative and fun version of Star Wars. Been a big fan since it came out. Highly recommend for any fan, even though it’s not considered Star Wars canon.

The Original Clone Wars

Great for anyone wanting to have a nostalgia trip lol. But seriously really engaging. Very entertainable for fans back then(2003-2005) and for new fans

Clone Wars Vol. 2

This is a animated series of between Episode 2 and 3. It tells you all about what you missed when you watched the third episode like who is General Grevious to even how Anakin got that scar on his face. There was a Vol. 1 but it was not to great, but this one is with the detail and action. Now I thought this was great for kids and adults because it is easy to understand. Now one dislike was that the people who made it were not able to get the real actors from the movies. So that was one dislike, but other than that it was amazing.Lire l'avis complet...

Excellent Star Wars Animation!

I was very apprehensive about the Clone Wars movies. I am a huge Star Wars fan and I just didn't know what to think about the two clone wars dvds. Vol 2 i actually was a bit expensive to get my hands on, but it was worth every peny. The animation is excellent, the story and characters are all top notch. This sequel does justice to the first movie with just as intense fights and just as much fill-in to the opening of the actual movie. A Great Bridge in the Saga

Volume 2 of the Clone Wars cartoon picks up right where Volume 1 left off. Although there are only five chapters to Volume 2 as opposed to 20 in Volume 1, these five chapters are considerably longer and more fluid. This second volume continues to bridge the gap between Episodes 2 and 3 in the Star Wars saga, and does a very good job of portraying the events that lead up to the beginning of Episode 3. The action sequences are phenomenal for an animated series, and the story writing is on par with the live action movies. I might even go so far to say that this Clone Wars cartoon is better than Episodes 1 and 2 of the prequel trilogy.Lire l'avis complet...
