Star Wars: Battle for Naboo N64

I started to collect N64 games and I was informed that this was a good game. I bought it on Ebay and this is what I think.

The story follows a security guard of the planet of Naboo. You fight droids and help civilians along the way.

The graphics were revolutionary for the time and so was the gameplay. Playing this game is actually more fun than watching the stupid movie. The gameplay is immersive and is still fun.

The only complaints I have is sometimes the enemies are hard to see, because they are so small. The crosshairs are very small and sometimes enemies take more than one hit. For example droidekas take like ten hits, with or without their shields. I find myself just sitting in front of them shooting. Another thing is in space battles it is hard to adjust elevation and see below and above you.

Overall, this is a great game. Although it's not as memorable as Mario Kart 64 or Zelda it's still a good game.Lire l'avis complet...

Excellent game if you still own a N64 System and great value

Although Better video games have been done on this subject with the newer game systems...This one still has appeal for the 'diehard ninetendo 64 owners'. I for one cannot deal with the newer game controllers and since there are still N64 games I would like to have...I will stick with this game system!
Battle for Naboo is exactly that. You start with your character escaping Theed in the Invasion and you and your wingman Battle through several levels to get to the Climatic Final Battle against the Droid control ship. The game designers went off the Storyline (episode 1 movie) to create a workable alternate story and it is entertaining. There are "CHEAT CODES" available for this game and there are three hidden levels beyond the Climatic Battle which can be accessed either through the Cheatcodes or by getting ALL GOLD or Silver metals in the levels. Cool game, not quite as good as rogue squadron but still a fun game

Overall good game for the n64, would recommend to add to an old school collection. The game seems to keep up with movement a little better than rogue squadron

Star Wars Battle For Naboo

I love this game this is one of the best for the 64 when it came to star wars games great game play and hours of entertainment for the family. This is a must buy game.

Great game, If you loved the original, you will not regret having this.

If you loved Rogue Squadron, you are going to love this. Not only does it pick up right where it left off, but it nicely expands upon the original, adding ground and sea vehicles.
