Works well with Raspberry Pi
I bought this to use with RetroPie. When connected via USB, the controller will not stop vibrating - even using a powered hub. That surprised me, and is the only reason for 4 stars, but is apparently common for Shanwan controllers. Otherwise, it was straightforward to set up via bluetooth, and works perfectly well when paired. Good if you just want to watch Hulu or Netflix using your PS3.
This was cheap. I use it to control my PS3 for Netflix and Hulu. It takes quite while to link up, sometimes shutting off before getting there and the controller is slow to respond. It works just fine for my purpose but if you are a gamer, looking for a controller, I would skip this one. It is too sluggish and will leave you very frustrated. Good backup controller - Not very precise
If you need a controller to control media, apps and general browsing. Not great for fast paced games. R1, R2 feel really loose and thumb sticks feel very stiff.

There's a bump from the front and back casing meeting, L1 and R1 are clicky when pressed all the way, sixaxis doesn't work, pressure sensitivity is off on L1, not as much R1, analogs are stiff, MGS4 it's too hard to walk and will mostly run. Not Original nor New, but it does work great!
The controller is great, bought one after 3-4 buttons of my original Dualshock 3 started acting up. Seems like the build quality isn't great, if you shake it you can figure that the R1 button isn't correctly glued on the controller.
