Easy to use

I bought this camcorder about 10 years ago, but it was stolen. With all the videos I had shot, I wanted a replacement. The Sony CCD TRV43 is easy to use, has some nice features such as night shot, image stabilization. Although it's big compared to newer models, it's still relatively small and light. It has good resolution and the videos look and sound great. I can easily connect it to my TV or a DVD recorder if I want to transfer the videos to DVD. Can't get it to PlayBack

I have been unable to get the camera to play back my previous tapes which is why I bought the thing in the first place. I wanted to view a box of tapes and convert them to a digital format. Old but still good.

Plays my old Hi8 tapes and seems to be working. My old Canon stopped functioning (something to do with the capacitors and who can fix it?), so the Sony was a good solution. The only thing lacking is an S-video output, but I have a usb converter I will use to upload my tapes.Lire l'avis complet...
