Amazing piece of equipment or as I call it artwork
This is one hell of a piece of artwork for without it it makes it very difficult to view, transfer and edit from any resource without it.
I went ahead and added a small 8 inch monitor but you don’t really need the extra monitor for on the unit. There is an LCD crystal display and that is beautiful. It’s just a little small but it works seamlessly.
Today with SSD card, memory transfer and editing to the computer is much faster, and I have to say easier when applying to a video editing program such as Final Cut Pro.
Believe it or not, there are still a large amount of video professional tape recorder is out there and without this piece of equipment you’re lost.

We’ll made, but make sure it’s been well cared for
These Sonys are very well made. I work on them a lot and the engineering is incredibly impressive when you ‘look under the hood’. These things have a lot of moving parts. Like anything these parts need to be cleaned and well maintained. In my opinion these professional grade DV decks are the best out there.
