Covers many bases

So I got this for a bit more Marshall tone. This amp is a beast. The norm/deep switch really fattens up the tone of thinner sounding pickups. Lots of distortion on hand but not muddy or floppy. The two overdrive choices are great. Crunch gets you in the plexi ish ac/dc arena but there's plenty Crunch to be had and I'm not talking the Cap'n Crunch. Overdrive is Wow mesaish but more articulate. Online didn't do this amp justice. I hope they make a 50 or 100watt version in a 2112 combo .
Tone knobs are very user friendly. As I wouldn't use this for touring it's pretty loud and is great for home or small club.

Slo mini

The amp has tube like qualities. Definitely pick sensitive. And the gain is well, Soldano Slow at a fraction of the price.

Killer Tone for a killer price!

I’ve always loved the Soldano sound, but couldn’t justify the $4k price tag. The SLO mini may not be the real deal, but it’s really close. Absolutely perfect for rehearsals and I used it for a live gig yesterday with a Marshall 1x12 cab. Killer tone and plenty loud, although I do have it running into FOH via a Friedman No Mo Mic direct box. I now am jonesing for the new Soldano Astro 20 because the SLO mini is a single channel amp. 'great pedal amp..

great pedal amp.. use a Joyo distortion pedal in front of the guitar and compression delay & EQ pedals in the effects loop and It has the tone I have been chasing and need.

Okay, but no Soldano.

It works fine, but doesn’t have enough oomphenagle to push my 212 cab. I bought a SLO pedal to push it. We’ll see if it helps.
