Excellent sharpener at a good price
This is such a great, all purpose sharpener. The first two diamond stones work fast - I like that. Then the smoothing out with Arkansas ston and I have one sharp knife. I use this ststem for both my folding and my kitchen knives, but for some one who just sharpens kitchen knives, one might want the longer Smith sharpener. My first diamond whetstones, and I like it. Not trashing my faithful Arkansas stones, just adding these diamond stones to my arsenal. Some blades sharpen up great with oil stones, and some sharpen up better and faster with diamond stones.
