I had heard If I Had Eyes on the radio months ago and couldn't wait for the CD to be released but when I finally got a hold of it and listened, I couldn't have been more impressed. Another great CD from Jack Johnson! Jack does it again in this "Hawaiian" experience of mentality (I'm from Hawaii like JJ so if you are then you'll understand). This CD seems it bit more somber then the other CD's he has produced that contain a more lively style. It was as though he was mourning something. Still the CD has a great fresh vibe and is a CD that you can listen to every song without skipping through because some are garbage because every song was nui loa(great). Jack Johnson-Success once again

An avid JJ fan, I was wondering if he could keep up his incredible musical displays on this new release. While there were sentiments that were familiar, he added some new beats to what he does best: telling a lyrical story. If you haven't heard any of his older releases, adding this cd to your library will surely guarantee the addition of his prior recordings. Not My Favorite Jack!!

This CD is not one of Jack's best. The songs sound so much like all the other ones he puts out. When i first listened to it I thought that I probably need to hear it at least 3 times to love it. Well now tha i have done that... i realized all the songs sound the same. At least on "In Between Dreams" he has some upbeat songs. Not on this album they are all slow and quite boring. Instant Classic

Although Jack stays classy in his latest release, there are some disappointments. I am not gonna lie, I had been forewarned of his dramatic shift in style from Curious George, but I had not expected to hear an entirely new artist.

I like It

There are several songs on the CD I like. As with any CD I buy, it takes time for the whole thing to grow on me. The words are really hard to remember remember, :S but the music definitely has that great Jack Johnson style I love!Lire l'avis complet...
