This item was ordered at the same time as Guitar Hero Live from Toy's R Us and shipped under the same tracking number. The problem was only the Guitar Hero Live was in the box. Toy's R Us resolved this by shipping the item. Both of these items where for my grandson for Christmas and it took until 04 Jan to receive the replacement.
