I bought this game when it was first released on the gamecube. Then when I upgraded to the ps2. I thought that it was a better game then the ones that came out after it. It is really hard to make a good sim game on the consoles and so far this is the only one that lives up to the pc's game play. I have an xbox360 now, so I bought the xbox version. TIME CONSUMING FUN GAME

I used to play this game when I was younger, Thats why I bought it.

great game with lots to do and see. awesome to get new houses, cars, and jobs. i love this game. so detailed and you can even hire a maid and call the police and fire dept. i couldnt ask for a better game that is a family game that you dont have to worry about swearing and violence. I bought this game for my daughter and she loves it. I previously purchased the Sims 2 and my daughter played it maybe once or twice.
