Awesome small book, I will be checking out more of the author's books. Just wish the book was a little longer. It is a small, in some cases pocket size book. It's great because reading it over and over helps. It's not a story, it's basically how our realities arn't what they seem. It goes in your brain and helps you see how things really are. This book had been my Bible for over 15 yrs. I lost the book and went through extremely painful experiences for 5 yrs. I'm finally in a position to purchase another and get back on track. I recommend this title and Stuart Wilde's other books to all who are struggling with issues ie have low self esteem and confidence along with blaming others for your life problems. This book is just the greatest little reading I've ever come across! I highlighted ever word that meant something to me, and now the book is totally yellow:-) I had my own copy that I carry with me to read over and over and over, and I bought another copy for my son's prayer class to share.
