Great video: Sid the Science Kid

Although this is a show geared toward preschool age children my 2 1/2 year old loves it. She saw it on PBS and has been wanting to watch it again ever since. She loves the catchy songs and Sid's use of the microphone while he is trying to find his answers. I think the colorful scenes are also very eye catching. She does not truly understand everything they are talking about, but she is recognizing colors and relationships and naming things in the show. DVD is awesome and my 6 year old loves it!

I decided to buy the DVD because my son told me he wanted a Sid the Science Kid Movie for his birthday. There is a channel on cable that plays it only a few times a week so having a movie of his own to watch anytime he wants just makes his day. LOVE the DVDs! I bought ten DVDs (Dinosaur Train; Sid the Science Kid; WordWorld; and Super Why!) to donate to local childhood education and for my 3 yr old son. This book has all kinds of interesting things to do with bugs!

I bought this for my 5 year old Grandson, who has a cancerous brain tumor. He enjoys all kinds of bugs and this book was a big hit, so I can only assume that it has a lot of "BUG INFO.

Sid the Science Kid: Bug Club

My son loves Sid the Science Kid. These videos are awesome. I hope to eventually buy all of them, as they are very entertaining for children and help them learn science related education.
