Used them three times already, seem to be in perfect working order and only using normal suction it does phenomenal. I set up times to for them to work a half hour before i wake up and i have seen them both working perfectly. Took a bit to reorganize the house to remove “robot traps” but its worth the effort due to my working so many 12 hours days! Instructions for pairing to wife for this model are incorrect

suction works well, semi noisey, easy to emtpy. But syncing the wifi was difficult because all directions in box and on shark website say to press and hold the clean and dock buttons. After numerous attempts and time troubleshooting, I held down and pressed the dock and Max buttons and it finally paired as it was supposed to. Instructions were inaccurate.Lire l'avis complet

Shark Ion Robot vacuum

This is my 3rd shark ion robot vacuum and they really clean well, don’t easily get stuck on floors/furniture and thier batteries last longer than other robot vacs. I have an iRobot vac as well and it’s far inferior compared to the shark vac. I do know that they are programmed to last about 4 years before they die, but this vac is worth the short lifespan to get great results! Lire l'avis complet

The machine is a constant error message that the dustbin is not in place. It is. This is not my first Shark Ion. The switch that tells the machine that it is in is busted, so the machine will not run. Also, the machine, when running, is a little neurotic. It runs hard into things more than my other machines have. If it did not stop with that error message, I would actually keep it anyway. But for now, I'd like to return it.

I have no experience with a robotic vacuum but I had no problem setting this one up and getting it to work properly.

I brought it for someone else and they love it they don't want to use anything else don't even use the broom to Sweep with anymore they love it thank you

Good and not fancy.

It cleans nicely but in a random manner. You’re not sure if it has touched all the area so it’s up to you to decide when to send it back to the docking station. But I like it

Easy operated

It picks up really well.
And eventually learns it's way around. Does a great job.

Glad I bought it was better than expected. Easy to set up ran and cleaned after recharging battery and checked room with sweeper and not a speck of dust just amazing and very quiet will buy again for Christmas present. Lire l'avis complet
