KILLER PUPS!!!
I just installed these and my so so Epiphone sounds killer. I have made 2 purchases in my guitar life, these and my tube amp are by far the biggest improvement I have made. I dont even play down tuned metal. The Neck PUP is articulate, can hear every note ring loud and clear. The Nazgul is incredible as well. I roll back my tone knob and have a very clear sounding rhythm tone, even for classic rock and metal. String separation, a nice distinctive growl, and screams with so many harmonics on lead tones. i swapped to these from emgs in my goth explorer to add some variety to my setup very responsive and versatile pickup set great cleans nice natural sound great with high gain as well

Great set of Duncans for metal
Do yourself a favor, buy these and avoid the Winters. These sound sharp and cut while the winters sound like a$$. Great set, recommended
