The charms were as expected but the quality control of checking for broken loops (after all, they are charms to be suspended from something) was not done. Broken loops. Then I realised I received a duplicate charm of one sign and none of another. I am a multi media artist and ordered these for a commissioned project. To go through the process of requesting one missing charm plus replacement charms for broken loops has become a major deal. Zodiac Pendants

One side has zodiac animal with Chinese characters and obverse has Guan Yin. Would be nice as a shadow box. They would make nice gifts for individuals birthdays.
