Great Book!!!!!!

I have had this book for about a year now, and got sooooo much useful info from it and sooooooo much insight into MYSELF that I bought this for my son, who recently ended a 7 year relationship (not his choice!!) because I absolutely LOVE Dr. Phil, and find that his books are written in a plain english, common sense way that EVERYONE can easily understand. I have several other books of his and found them to give me new insight into my own life and what I was looking for, so I thought this might help my son take a long intorspective look into himself and realize that he IS a good person with or without her, and that he still matters to many of us!!! He says he is getting alot out of it, and is easily changing his attitude about himself and understanding that he was NOT the only person who made mistakes. (It takes TWO to tango!!!!!) Self Matters by Dr. Phil

Self Matters by Dr. Phil starts out a little slow, but gets better as you go. If you watch his show, the beginning is basically like reading what you've already heard.

He has very good principles in the book that are very thought-provoking. You could spends hundreds of dollars on counseling to get the information he draws out. I think it would be good to read the book and write down your thoughts before going to counseling. That way, you could get to the heart of matters much more quickly.Lire l'avis complet...

There is a lot of personal work to do with this book so better be ready to dig deep and spend some time on yourself here. I learned a lot of important things about myself using the information from this book.
