nice watch,
just as pictured, I've had Seiko auto's for a long time and this one is my third. I don't have to worry about battery's, just keep it serviced every five years. My original one is 44 years old. It still runs like a charm. I usually don't like the dual bars and numerical hour markers, but this one was just so nice..Lire l'avis complet...

Automatic watch that won't break the bank
Been looking for an automatic watch that won't break the bank, and Seiko has been making excellent ones for eons. The opal green dial is gorgeous and all markings are very easy to read at a glance. It's thinner than most men's watches, and a bit smaller across so it works well as a ladies watch too. I love the way the calendar is laid out with the day at the 6 o'clock position and numerical date at the 3 o'clock spot.With my eyesight going south I can actually read them without my glasses. It's very comfortable to wear, and I do leave mine on 24/7. I haven't gotten it wet save for the odd splash here and there, but in the past, my Seiko's have all proven at least water resistant, if not waterproof. One of a kind color display with unique day of week placement, very comfortable read time and time again. Band stands apart with smoothness that seems to float on wrist. Keeper among the best.

All in all I am pleased with this watch. My 4th Seiko 5, a very good and dependable watch.
I was a little shy about this purchase. Not happy with the packaging, and not having a registration with it. Then I read the info again and they state no box & no paperwork. Been wearing this watch for close a to month now and here are my considerations:
1. It’s and integrates bracelet, so strap changes are out of the question.
2. The bracelet is very comfortable and that was a surprise.
3. The bracelet looks very good in light.
4. The time is kept pretty well, I have seen a plus minus of around 8 to 10 minutes, not bad in my case.

Super bargain
This watch is so comfortable and I like the smaller dial size. I am left-handed and wear my watch on my left hand so a large dial restricts the mobility of my hand at the wrist. This does not and having the setting pin located off-center and down keeps it from jabbing the back of my hand. Dial including the case is 1.5 inches across so large enough to look masculine and makes time easy to read. Date and Day are small and not so easy to read, however. Daytime movement generates enough energy to keep the watch running overnight on the nightstand. The band is very comfortable and I forget I am even wearing a watch. The clasp is sturdy and easy to put on and take off. Had the band shortened at a watch shop (took just a moment) and they couldn't believe my purchase price. They thought I had paid 3X more. These watches by Seiko are some of the best one can purchase anywhere. As an automatic watch one never has to replace batteries, simply just the normal everyday movements keep it wound. seiko 5 automatic.
I always wanted an automatic and this seiko 5 is perfect. I like the day position in the 6 o'clock position instead of next to the date.
