What you come to expect from Seagate performance...

Seagate has always been a reliable brand. This drive replaced a 15yr. old hard drive on its last legs. The backwards compatibility for laptops using 3.0 Gb/s is excellent as is true 6.0 Gb/s performance. The drive is nearly silent even sitting bare & taking on over 500GB of data at full 6.0 Gb/s speed -- when inside an enclosure or computer it is completely silent. I can't rate the reliability of this HD model as it hasn't been in use long enough to fairly rate that aspect, but if other current Seagate models are any indication it should be very good.Lire l'avis complet...

Fastest Lappy HDD so far

Got this Item with in 20 days from the date of Shipment (from China to India)
The packaging is very compact and damage proof. I liked it.
HDD is very smooth without any Rattling Sound light weight and slim than my old WD HDD.

Decent hardrive.

I have a high powered gaming laptop, installed this and formatted it.. works great

I moved a 180gb COD game over to it from the cpu SSD, and the game loads almost just as fast.
It's a great cheap option if you have the OS on a SSD and need more storage.

Write was 140mb/s and read 160mb/s ish when benchmarked.
For the price and use its a good buy.

I prefered to have a slim and fast rpm speed hard disk so I have ordered. It exactly fits to my laptop slim drive area. It is fast with no annoying sounds. Works like a charm.

Beautiful upgrade product
